DESCRIPTION:Many of you have likely enjoyed a charcuterie board from Sharecuterie in the past\, but Kathy is now offering a class to build-your-own. This is a 1-2 hour class where we will focus on what makes a good charcuterie board\, why we plate things in a certain order\, what pairs best with our gourmet ingredients\, and presentation. \nThe class starts with a tasting of assorted gourmet cheeses and other Sharecuterie items\, so come hungry! \nWe will provide all the cheese\, charcuterie\, accompaniments\, as well as boards and utensils for each participant. We will learn how to cut and style the cheese\, and how to fold and present the charcuterie. Each participant will each build a medium sized charcuterie board they can enjoy at the end of our class\, or take home to enjoy afterward! In addition to your own boards you will take home\, Kathy will be simultaneously building a board to help show you the way! \nClass caps at 12 people\, and will fill up fast! This class is geared towards adults\, but teenagers may participate if accompanied by a parent or guardian (each additional participant requires a ticket purchase). Each Participant must be added to your order separately.
