The class starts with a tasting of assorted gourmet cheeses and other Sharecuterie items, so come hungry!

We will provide all the cheese, charcuterie, accompaniments, as well as trays, boxes and utensils for each participant. We will learn how to cut and style the cheese, and how to fold and present the charcuterie. Each participant will each build a medium sized charcuterie box they can enjoy at the end of our class, or take home to enjoy afterward! In addition to your own boxes you will take home, Kathy will be simultaneously building a box to help show you the way!

Class caps at 12 people, and will fill up fast! This class is geared towards adults, but teenagers may participate if accompanied by a parent or guardian (each additional participant requires a ticket purchase). Each Participant must be added to your order separately. Each ticket is $75.00.

Please note that class tickets are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other dates or ticket types. Once purchased, the ticket sale is considered final, and cannot be changed or refunded. You are, however, free to sell or give your ticket to another individual for attendance in your place.
