For most orders, including Local Delivery or In-Shop Pickups, we typically require 24 hour notice. If you are looking for a Same-Day pickup at our shop, just give us a call to check availability – (614) 300-5486 – we can usually accommodate most same day orders with enough notice!

Yes! Our owner has Celiac Disease, so we are very sensitive to your issues. Although all items are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present, special attention is paid to those orders requiring Vegan / Vegetarian / Gluten Free / Nut Free preparation.
Ideally, the board should be consumed within 3-4 hours of receipt. Cheese is intended to be consumed at room temperature; however, leaving the cheese and other items out for longer than a few hours can lead to spoilage. Furthermore, we do not recommend placing your items in the fridge overnight, as the presentation may suffer.
