How Far in Advance Do I need To Order?
For most orders, including Local Delivery or In-Shop Pickups, we typically require 24 hour notice. If you are looking for a Same-Day pickup at our shop, just give us a call to check availability – (614) 300-5486 – we can usually accommodate most same day orders with enough notice!
How Do I Order?:
- All orders for Local Delivery of Pickup are to be placed through the website’s “Order Now” page. Shippable Gift boxes are ordered on each’s specific page.
- If you have questions, or need help with your order, please contact us directly vie email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or through the “Contact“page on our website.
- Before you checkout, you must select “Pickup” or “Delivery” for your order. **Please note: Sharecuterie is only able to deliver within the Central Ohio area.
- For Custom Orders, contact us through our “Custom Quote” page. We will work with you on the details for your event, and invoice you directly for payment.
- When contacting us, if you don’t hear back from us in 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us via Instagram or Facebook.

Can you create a board for my Special Dietary considerations?
Yes! Our owner has Celiac Disease, so we are very sensitive to your issues. Although all items are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present, special attention is paid to those orders requiring Vegan / Vegetarian / Gluten Free / Nut Free preparation.
How long will my board last in a refrigerator before consuming?
Ideally, the board should be consumed within 3-4 hours of receipt. Cheese is intended to be consumed at room temperature; however, leaving the cheese and other items out for longer than a few hours can lead to spoilage. Furthermore, we do not recommend placing your items in the fridge overnight, as the presentation may suffer.
How far in advance must events be scheduled?
Sharecuterie offers grazing tables for weddings, corporate events, and parties, and is already booking for months in advance! To ensure that we can be a part of your special day, please email us at email@example.com or contact us at (614) 300-5486 as soon as possible with information about your venue, date, time, and budget for the event. We can likely acommodate your request, but let’s talk soon!
