Did you know some of the inspiration to start Sharecuterie began on a dream Italian Vacation? Picture this, Friends are dropping by for dinner, you want to make something good. You kinda want to impress, but you’re short on time. No prob ~ grill up some burgers (or don’t!) and present this burrata platter in the center of the table. Impressions will be made!

We will  add a bit of charcuterie to the platter so you could make it a meal. Let’s call it a girl dinner on steroids!

This is a 1-2 hour class where we will focus on what makes a good burrata board, why we plate things in a certain order, what pairs best with our gourmet ingredients, and presentation.

The class starts with a tasting of assorted Italian cheeses and other Sharecuterie items, so come hungry!

We will provide all the cheese, charcuterie, accompaniments, as well as boards and utensils for each participant. We will learn how to cut and style this board, try some different balsamic and oil, and how to fold and present the charcuterie.

Each participant will each build a medium sized charcuterie board they can enjoy at the end of our class, or take home to enjoy afterward! In addition to your own boards you will take home, Kathy will be simultaneously building a board to help show you the way!

Class caps at 12 people, and will fill up fast! This class is geared towards adults, but teenagers may participate if accompanied by a parent or guardian (each additional participant requires a ticket purchase). Each Participant must be added to your order separately. Each ticket is $75.00.
